From the very beginning at the advertised property inspections, I was struck by the thorough professionalism of their agents. They possessed an impressive knowledge of the local housing market, confidently answering questions about property values and neighborhood trends, which gave me great confidence in their expertise.After submitting my application, my interactions with the leasing staff remained consistently polite and professional. As a sole trader, it can sometimes be difficult to get the opportunity to secure such a lovely place, but I deeply appreciated that McGrath took the time to do thorough due diligence to fairly assess my application.From the moment I moved in, my property manager has been highly responsive to all my questions and requests.
