Very disappointed with the whole process with mcgrath.

Honestly we are stuck with this property we are in with mcgrath! During house inspection we were advised the property will be fixed and cleaned properly. When we picked the key and open the house and looked at the condition of the house, it was very disappointing. We still had hope and reached out to the Geelong office and emailed our property manager with as much detail we could mention along with house photos and videos and also submitted the condition report with much detail. The condition report is an absolute scam ! It blur the pics through there AI camera and pictures in our iPhone camera came out different as compared to there inbuild camera for filling condition report. The manager is so slow in responding and its been 3 weeks with no progress. The wardrobe provided to us if filled with nails coming outside ( if we store clothes there it will damage our clothes) the back wardrobe is all broken and wood coming off with spider and spider webs inside. Kitchen exhaust not working, broken window, carpet is soo stinky etc. we are here with no wardrobe since we moved in. Requested many times to get it removed so that we can fit in our new wardrobe. Manager says the carpet cleaner professionally but condition report says basic clean and just vacuum on carpet was done. So many lies and no follow ups ! We were provided with all broken bins with no lids and still we dont have yellow bin to throw stuff. We are storing rubbish in shed for last 3-4 weeks ! The manager doesn’t care at all and keeps on asking same questions over and over without checking the details. It feels bad to pass on the lease to another person because it will be same problem for them and we are so frustrated with this company. The house was not cleaned on our moving day , almost every thing was so sticky and it ruined our moving in day as we are cleaning house instead of arranging it. Im stocked to see how mcgrath is handling tenants, not taking responsibility or anything seriously!
