Outstanding performance

A big thankyou to the McGrath team of Steve Farthing and Tony Yarnold in helping us sell our acreage home at Mount Elliot. What an impressive performance, starting with the photos and the listing process. Their photographer is a cut above and takes the most beautiful photos. The communication from Steve and Tony during the listing process was excellent and the marketing materials speak for themselves. And then the stats from time of listing are impressive. From being listed on the internet on the 13th, first open home on the 20th, 50 email enquiries, 32 parties through the home, of those 14 interested and quickly narrowed down to 2 competing bidders. We only made it to the second open home on the 25th before a signed unconditional contract and deposit cheque was received on the 26th. Steve and Tony have complimentary skills and work brilliantly as a team. The availability, attitude and communication from both Steve and Tony during the whole process was outstanding.
