As a resident of Haberfield for many decades, I have watched Michael Tringali successfully sell the most luxurious as well as the most difficult houses, consistently achieving prices above the public perception of their value. As such, when it was time to sell our own house, he was our 'go to' agent. Working with Michael gave us insights as to why he is the stand-out agent in our area, as follows: 1. He has a wealth of experience second to none. He knows almost every house in the suburb well, and he knows most of the buyers well also. 2.
