She has a great understanding of the area, market and value of property and we were very happy with the result of the sale. Well there is not much that my wife and I can say that hasn't already been said about Alex . Living in Lusaka, Zambia my husband and I were a bit concerned about how we were going to manage a sale of property in Newtown, Sydney, Australia. With lack of power and water where we live, the thought was, it would be a nightmare. The criteria which we insisted upon when meeting Alexandra was "good communication". Tolerance is something which you have to acquire when living here and so it was rather wonderful just reading reports of nos who had attended openings and Alexandra having wonderful support staff. There was no way we could have interfered as at times we had huge daily power cuts. For us personally, it was a brilliant experience highlighted by the finale of sitting out at midnight, a beautiful balmy evening, under the stars listening to the auction and hearing Alexandra's report afterwards. The whole experience could have been more stressful but it wasn't! For that I must commend Alexandra on her performance. The review title sums out the aforementioned.
