In all the time we worked with Sam he was always in regular communication with us and we felt that he was working in our best interests. During this time Sam was always there to provide encouragement and support. This is one of the easiest reviews I’ve ever had to write! We first met Sam and the McGrath team about 3 years ago when we began our local property search and finally, finally we just bought a house from them. At one point in my search I jokingly referred to Sam as my buyer’s agent as he was so diligent about keeping us up to date with every single property that might suit us in the area. He was so incredibly knowledgeable about every house and every listing and his passion for real estate shone through. Even though I knew he was acting for the vendors of course, I felt that he was always so honest and transparent with us and we knew that he genuinely cared about us finding our Forever Home. The lovely Maddie is Sam’s ever diligent sales associate and she works so incredibly hard. I would often receive messages from them both late at night and on weekends and nothing was ever too much trouble. I recommend both Sam and Maddie and the whole McGrath team wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an agent in the area. They understand that selling real estate is not just about looking after vendors but it is also about finding the right buyers for the right properties and matching the two. It’s been an absolute dealing with them and whilst I will miss our weekly chats, I sure am pleased to finally turn off the property alerts and move into our new home! .

Sam was great to deal with. His knowledge of the local market was spot on and he had time to sit down with me before going to market and explain the whole process and make suggestions to simplify the sale as I had never sold a house before. For me he took all the stress out of the situation. I felt he was very honest both with me and also the prospective buyers and he worked hard to get my house sold in a short time.
