Thanks Jason, Great result with little to no disruption to tenants. Jason did a great job in securing the best price and sold it within days. At point of getting appraisals Some agents came in well above sale price (pie in the sky) others came in well below and one agent involved came in with all kinds of guff. I would recommend jason to anyone buying or selling in Lennox. Jason is upfront and straight to the point. He advised of market conditions, prices and other useful facts to help determine sale price. Communication through the process was regular but not excessive, another good trait. As a seller, that’s a great agent to have.
