When we decided to list the property I contacted 3 local agents for a market appraisal and what was needed to list the property in N.S.W. One agent took 4 days to reply and she said she was very full on at the Time The other agent took 2 days to reply. All of the agents Replied that to list the property that they required for us to spend $3.750.00 in advertising I told all of the agent that 3 owners were pensioners and that the other owner had no money. Jason came back the same day with a proposal that persuaded us to go with Elders He rang us a number of times on the same day and I felt he was really interested in marketing our property He said he would give us free advertising for one month but by that time the contract was signed by all The owners it went on to 2 months and he suggested we Auction the property and not to advertise the price after many phone calls between the owners we finally settled on the sale price being $895,000. Jason is a very professional sales consultant both to the buyer and the sellers keeping the owners informed of results of his inspection and comments they made about the property. We had a number of offers made and felt he was most interested that the seller received their best offer and reason why we should accept this final offer over previous offers. Jason has great personality as a sales person to both buyer & sellers and we thank him for his effort in closing the sale.
