Exceptional knowledge and flawless communication
We couldn't be happier with the services provided by Nick Bordin and his team at Elders, Lennox Head. Nick's knowledge of the housing market was exceptional and his communication was flawless. Straight forward, competent & has excellent local market knowledge
We just bought a property in Lennox Head. Nick Bordin together with Jake King of Elders Lennox Head were the agents. Nick was easy, straight forward, competent, has very good local market knowledge and he went out of his way to resolve any questions I had. We felt very comfortable in Nick's hands and we would highly recommend him, Jake and the team at Elders. Lovely people.

Nick was informative and knowledgeable in his field. His advice was helpful and contributed to us obtaining a price $50 000 above our asking price. He was easy to talk to and understanding of what we were looking in a prospective purchaser i.e. not just the highest price. He was easy to contact and would get back to me ASAP.
