I had to sell my Mothers home so I could move her up the coast and into a new home nearer to myself and my family. Mum had just faced a very tuff time in her life and was also recovering from a recent serious fall. Col and the team took control of the sale and assisted in preparing and presenting the property as well as helping Mum deal with this process. A big thanks to Col and Jarad for securing us a great sale, being professional agents and genuinely good people!

Laura showed me through the house that is to be my next home. She was courteous and knowledgeable, about the house and area. This was important to me, as I am moving to Killarney Vale from Sydney. Laura made the purchasing process seamless and stress free! She has answered all my questions by phone or email promptly. I very much appreciate Laura’s professionalism and ongoing assistance through a long settlement period.

From the very first moment of meeting Col Bernasconi I knew that he was the agent for us. He was so professional, personable, understanding and he listened to our needs. We decided to sell knowing that we were just about to go on a 6 weeks overseas trip. After doing works to our rental property, we put it on the market just before leaving. To our surprise, we got the good news that we were offered a favourable price within one week, and the sale was quick and efficient. We would highly recommend Col to anyone who is thinking of selling their home.
