Found him polite ,but advertisising misleading ,not 3 bathrooms ! But 3 toilet s,2 Bathrooms,house as I expected,but failure to mention sewage pumping Station on Land next door even though my daughter and I asked what it was!, smell horrid ,have made complaint to council ,was made to think smell may have been a sewage leak on the property or because toilets hadn't been used, not the case unfortunately ,very disappointed. Dee Payne. Would not have purchased if I had known it was a sewage pumping station that can smell through out the year ,has affected my breathing .not happy sorry Brian,your staff need to be honest.i will be seeing what avenues I have .left.
