Stress free sale
This was my first time selling a property and I was a little nervous about the process. On top of that I had a family emergency during the campaign and wasn't able to give it my full attention. Richard made me feel like he was totally in control of the situation, he gave me solid advice about how to best approach the sale and talked me through each step of the way. Every time I had a question I picked up the phone and we had a good chat and he was able to put any worries I had to rest. He always made time to explain things thoroughly, I really felt like he knew what he was talking about - he's clearly experienced and has a wealth of knowledge, particularly about real estate on the Northern Beaches. He's approachable and trustworthy and just a really nice guy. I was really happy with the outcome and the whole process was stress free. THANK YOU Richard!

Best Agent ever!
I have just sold my Manly Vale townhome through Susie O’Brien from McGrath Manly and she achieved an excellent result! As I was overseas during the sale I needed an agent that I could trust to look after the whole process for me. My property is tenanted so Susie assured me she could work with the tenants to present my property at it’s best. The tenants felt so comfortable with Susie they agreed to have the property part styled while living there! She achieved a number of offers which were much higher than the last sale price for the same townhome but continued to work hard until she get me much more. I have known Susie for over 20 years when I bought and sold my first property through her and couldn’t be happier with the level of service, great advice, continual updates and constant feedback. I would recommend Susie to anyone who is thinking of selling.
