Tim was great to work with, was a clear communicator, and kept me updated very well during the campaign - all of which was done remote as I was not in the area (we never actually needed to physically meet). He has a proactive bullish approach which gets results. We had a challenging scenario of tenants with a long lease who needed negotiation to get out, and even though it ended up being an investor buyer he was proactive in his approach to the tenants.
