Patrick was always working, always trying to think of something more he could do to help. Communication was excellent and ongoing. We chose him because of his knowledge of the local market and he certainly demonstrated this. He was easily able to answer nuanced questions from prospective buyers with confidence. He was also brilliant at liaising with so many different parties- us, our current tenant, prospective buyers and the conveyancer. We really didn’t have to do much at all. We really appreciate him being able to get a sale in what was quite a difficult market and would not hesitate to recommend him.

I purchased this house through Simon originally. The previous owners trusted him to sell the house for them and he did just that. He sold it to me. So I decided if this person can sell to me, he would be able to do it again. We had a lot of people come through to view the property from looking online but the people who finally bought the house were contacts of Simon's through his own personal network. That is something that is built through years of trust with the local community. Simon was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and punctual to appointments. If you want someone who knows the local area, demographic and will work with you to get the job done - use Simon.
