I chose to meet with Patrick because of his track record in Botany which was clearly evident online and because he had sold many properties in my complex. My first meeting with Pat was informative and transparent. Pat challenged me to prepare the property for sale within 10 days and with the help of his team, I was skeptical but put my faith in him and wow did he deliver! Within the time frame my property was cleaned, fully painted, carpet cleaned and styled with no corners cut and at very reasonable prices. Patrick and Natalie kept me updated every day and every open home or every private inspection. Even going to the lengths of taking potential buyers through well after hours at 9pm at night. Pat got me an offer at the top end of what we believed the property to be worth prior to auction. If you are thinking of selling a property I’m Botany or the surrounding area. Don’t bother with anybody else. Choosing Patrick and his team means getting the best price for your home and second to none service which in real estate is hard to come by.

We first met with George in about 2013 when we were considering selling our house. We didn’t proceed, but George has maintained occasional contact. When we decided to finally sell the house, he was helpful with advice about how to style and market it. We felt he guided a bit too low because the house was passed in at auction. Then COVID-19 struck. George persevered, however, and when our local council changed the rules on development, developers became interested. He negotiated a good price with a long settlement that will give us time to find our new home.
