We first met Joshua twelve months prior to listing our loved home. We wanted a an agent that was down to earth, trustworthy and one that spoke through his honesty. Joshua was the agent that we entrusted with the sale. He regularly updated us with what was happening with the market in our area, as we had to delay our sale . He never once rushed us to list but was very patient and when the time came to sell, he laid out the procedures to sell in detail, answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with inspections times, made sure when locking up , turned off the air-conditioning and all the lights which we were absolutely pleased. He even brought floor towels on rainy days to make sure our house was cleaned.We sold our house when the country was in crisis due to the coronavirus and Joshua was able to achieved a result that we were happy with. My wife and myself cannot thank Joshua enough and wished him the very best and know that his knowledge of the industry and his integrity will be rewarding.
