He has a thorough knowledge of the area the property was located, his buyers and their context. He was very attentive in conveying the remarks and happenings of each inspection. George has extensive knowledge on the market, and was able to exceed all judgements and expectations on the sale of the property. The thing that impressed me the most was how George was liked by all the prospective buyers. He was able to keep everybody on side on the day of the auction. I could not fault him and I strongly recommend him as a selling agent.
