The logistics of buying a property were quite overwhelming for us as we were interstate buyers. However Simon was willing to facilitate several inspections including a scoping viewing for our family in Sydney and for us in the short time we were available on one of our visits. Even though as buyers we were not actually Simon’s clients, once we had committed to the sale, Simon was again extremely helpful. He organised for us to further inspect the property, involving several tradespeople to give quotes , support us with any follow up and answer any queries. Simon was professional, friendly and very supportive. We would recommend him highly.
