Professional, empathetic and results focussed
We worked with Simon Nolan from McGrath Maroubra to sell our home in Matraville, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Simon provided clear, considered pricing advice and ran a well-managed campaign that felt both structured and flexible. He was very good at moving at our pace when we needed time, and then shifting gears quickly when the moment was right. That balance gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. What stood out most was Simon’s calm and reassuring approach, particularly in the early stages of the campaign. His communication was empathetic, thoughtful, and measured, which made what can be a stressful experience feel far more manageable. The best in the business
Within five minutes of meeting up with Simon, I knew I had made the right choice. Simon goes over and beyond. He made an extremely stressful time, a whole lot less stressful. He's open and honest. And he's a nice guy too, which helps 😁. Simon continued to check in with me, after the sale of the house. Offering advice along the way and making sure I was ok. I cannot recommend Simon enough.
