I live in Western Australia and owned a property in Merimbula. I wanted to sell it but Australia was shut down due to COVID 19. I contacted Taylor by telephone and he made a prompt Market Assessment, spoke to the relevant people about preparing it for sale and put it on the market at an agreed price, rather better than I expected. WIthin a week of listing the property he had an offer to buy at the full asking price, and I agreed. Taylor then looked after all the tedious details of selling and transferring the property and it all went through on the due date.
