Forget Top Agent, first and foremost you need to start with a quality human being with morels. This is lost with many agents, they will screw who ever they need to when it comes to getting their commissions. Geoff had our respect and trust with in about 10 minutes of meeting him, after being burnt by other agents on the coast it was certainly a change. He told us full market history of all the houses in the nearby streets that had sold, then told us where to look for more info to make sure and decision made was an educated one. Maybe its his previous defence force service that instilled ethics and morals or maybe if you're willing to serve our country, then that say's everything about the person. At the end of the day Geoff we appreciate all that you did for us and could not be happier and will be referring others your way so they can have the same fine experience we had.
