We invited Todd to view our subdivision before work commenced, to get an idea of each lot's value. Todd gave us a range for each lot which we were very comfortable with. Once the land was cleared of hundreds of pines and views were revealed Todd revalued each lot at a higher range. The firm prices we ended up on have all been achieved, either exactly or very close to it. His market knowledge is exceptional and he has been wonderful to deal with. Selling subdivisions is a long journey and Todd has supported us the entire way, and gone well above what I would expect from an agent.
