Positive experience where I never felt in the dark

Jon was very clear and upfront from the start. Really excellent communication and was always prompt with his feedback and contact. I immediately felt I was in good hands and that I had chosen a skilled and experienced agent. As such, I believe it was a much less stressful experience than it could have been and definitely a much less stressful experience than what I had expected. He set realistic expectations from the beginning. I used Jon for the sale of my property after just having bought with him as the agent for that sale. I had an unfortunate situation arise with that property post settlement and Jon pulled out all stops to really assist with that for which I was extremely grateful. I would certainly recommend him.
