Very professional, well informed, know the market really well

Jon and his team are very professional. They worked with us on a tight timeframe frame but were able to deliver it really well and sold at a good price. The whole process was seamless, we were well informed at each stage. We received a list of all prospects after each open home, Jon himself also called to talk us through after each open home. They also followed up well with the prospects and kept us informed how each of us are progressing. Jon is very experienced in the market and was able to guide us really well in each stage. We were extremely happy with him and would like to highly recommend.

Adapted to a softer market, retained buyers and secured a fair unconditional sale.

We appointed Jon because we needed an agent with excellent strategy, communication, marketing and negotiation skills and we were not disappointed. Despite the sharp deterioration in buyer confidence following the property policy changes announced the week before our sales launch, higher interest rates, tighter lending conditions and weakening enquiry, Jon performed well through his ability to adapt to the changing market, maintain buyer engagement after a failed auction and ultimately secured an unconditional sale at a price broadly consistent with where the market had reset for our property. Throughout the campaign Jon regularly relayed buyer feedback; kept us informed of contract discussions; discussed alternative strategies; and provided candid assessments of buyer interest. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jon Snead.
