Great outcome for all
Ashlee sold my mother-in-law's property at Congarinni North. We were very happy with the entire process from our first conversation with McGrath through the successful completion of the auction. Ashlee and Ben were always positive and provided a strong process that led to positive outcomes for both the vendor and seller. It was all upfront with no hiding behind "market changes" just focusing on getting the sale. A big thanks to Ashlee and Ben and I would have no problems recommending them.

Excellent communication and a strong presence to ensure the best outcome for everyone.
This is the second property that Ashlee has sold for us and we would not hesitate to recommend Ashlee with all property dealings. We refer to Ashlee and her offsider Ben as the A Team . In 45 years of buying and selling property I can honestly say that I have never come across someone as good at their job as Ashlee and Ben. At all stages we felt that they were out there batting for us and looking after our interests. At no stage did we wonder what was happening as communication was clear , recommendations accurate, and we were extremely comfortable during the entire sales process with both properties.
