A true five-star real estate agent - exceptional service

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Melissa. From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible result. Melissa went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Her negotiation skills were excellent. Her communication was excellent, she kept me informed every step of the way, and nothing was ever too much trouble. She was always approachable, responsive and reassuring, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and straightforward. What really stood out was Melissa’s dedication, honesty and attention to detail. She clearly takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients. Phone calls and emails all hours of the day and night were handled without fuss. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Melissa to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate agent. She is an absolute credit to the profession and I’m extremely grateful for everything she did. Her results speak for themselves. Also having a great office team backing her up is just as important. We met Melissa while travelling throughout Australia and came across a beautiful property listed with The Edge Coffs Harbour. Being based in Western Australia and so far from home, it was incredibly reassuring to have an agent who was responsible, professional and understanding of our situation. Always receptive and helpful

Melissa has been very professional and prompt in all of our dealings with her, such as answering queries, arranging inspections and attending to many other issues as they arose.
