•After looking at the market for 3-4 months it is evident that Jed knows the area very well and he seems to be the go to agent if you're selling. There were occasions were Jed and Padraic went out of their way to help us and for that we are very grateful. My only criticism would be that I was repeatedly told I would get a call back within a certain time frame but often found myself without a response. Throughout the process it seemed like the seller had little regard for the potential buyers and therefore Jed himself may have been left without the requested response, however this should have been communicated to us. Failing to hear back from Jed within the promised time frame caused a lot of anxiety for us and could have been avoided by simply informing my partner or myself that the response could no longer be provided by the time previously stated. At the end of the day however we are very happy with the end result for which we have Jed to thank.
Jed had already assisted us with a sale in 2014. Like the first time, we were impressed with Jed's friendly personality, professionalism, market knowledge and negotiation skills. It was a pleasure working with him, Jed worked hard and achieved the best possible result for us. Our property was under contract within 17 days at a record price. We would recommend Jed to anyone selling or buying a property and are looking forward to working with him again in the future.
