We came across Jed in an open home he was running and he drew us in by the way he worked the people. Jed is incredibly honest and was selling “the worst house on the street” but you couldn’t help but feel you were getting a good deal from what he was saying. We were looking at buying a property but were also looking for an agent to sell ours. Jed is very approachable and he lights up the room and regardless of the stupid and possibly arrogant questions that were thrown his way, he mirrored them were professional grace and integrity. Something I find lacks in the current selection of agents these days. We asked him to sell ours and put an offer on that property from that interaction. Unbeknownst to us, we had found Brisbane’s best agent. Jed works for one of the most successful agencies in Australia but he works alone. He doesn’t have a wing man or a junior. He does it all himself. That attracted us to him instantly because we knew that everyone who came through our property would get the exact same information and treatment. There would be no mixed messages. And that’s exactly what happened. We told Jed exactly what we wanted. Jed came back to us with a higher estimate and he got it. Jed saved us money on our marketing campaign because of the location of our property. He even delivered flyers until 11pm himself because he knew it’ll get done properly. We were well informed during the entire process, as were our buyers and we couldn’t have been happier with the result. What surprised us the most was after. Jed helped us with securing our next property that we bought because he knew we’d be homeless. His connections with the area and other agents are huge and he made it all happen for us. Jed is like the pied piper of real estate and you can’t help but admire how good he is. Jeds focus is around you and understands the minute details to get what you want and need. Let him do what he is good at and you will come out better off. He is Brisbane’s best
