Jed is incredibly honest and was selling “the worst house on the street” but you couldn’t help but feel you were getting a good deal from what he was saying. Jed saved us money on our marketing campaign because of the location of our property. He even delivered flyers until 11pm himself because he knew it’ll get done properly. We were well informed during the entire process, as were our buyers and we couldn’t have been happier with the result. What surprised us the most was after. Jed helped us with securing our next property that we bought because he knew we’d be homeless. His connections with the area and other agents are huge and he made it all happen for us.
