I am so thrilled to be writing this review for Jed. When we met I instantly found Jed to be trustworthy, open and honest. I found Jed represented what a lot of agents these days lack - integrity. Jed talked with me about my property wants and requirements; did not make any hard sells, and spoke to me as an equal. A lot of agents seem to play the game, try to intimidate you into a sale and treat you as if you have no knowledge of the market. Jed was the exact opposite. By talking with me, he understood my knowledge of current market trends and respected my opinion in relation to my expectations. Because of the way Jed treated me after just our first meeting; I was instantly inclined to buy from Jed. Unfortunately, the property that was on the market at the time just wasnt for me. When the right property did become available, Jed talked me through why he thought it was right for me and because he understood what I was looking for - he was correct! The property was perfect for me and I was so happy to be able to buy it through Jed. Jed's honesty was a driving force behind my desire to do business with him; along with his attention to detail and overall happy disposition. I would (and have) recommend Jed to anyone looking to buy or sell. You couldn't find a better agent!

Highly recommended without any hesitation
Jed Dziuma has been the agent handling the sale of my apartment in Robertson St, Fortitude Valley. In this market we supposedly all have to work a little harder to achieve a sale, and I believe that Jed has gone above and beyond all expectation. Something that I particularly appreciated was that he stayed in constant contact with me. He would email details of open home viewing times each week, which I would expect, but every Saturday he would call me to give me a verbal update on how the viewing went, his personal thoughts and observations of progress, and even though he may have had a very, very long hot and fruitless day of viewings he never seemed rushed or disheartened when he spoke to me. He was always amusing and upbeat, and above all, I believe honest. I really appreciated that and in the end taking his advice (which I was happy to do as I trusted him largely because of his manner and open exchanges) certainly paid off. I achieved a fair price in a difficult market for, in my opinion, a very average little apartment! What I appreciated most of all with Jed though was that after the offer was accepted, and even after the contracts were unconditional, Jed continued to keep me very much informed of everything. Even today he has advised me of the expected completion date, before my solicitor. Without exception in the past I have had the experience that estate agents lose interest completely with vendors once an offer has been accepted. Not so Jed, and that has not gone unnoticed and was certainly very much appreciated. Above all he has a natural, friendly way in which he deals with vendors, which of course you will be aware of. He has an easy manner and yet stays very professional - it is just such a great combination. I just wanted to say what a relief and a pleasure it has been to have Jed handling this sale for me.
