I am so thrilled to be writing this review for Jed. When we met I instantly found Jed to be trustworthy, open and honest. I found Jed represented what a lot of agents these days lack - integrity. Jed talked with me about my property wants and requirements; did not make any hard sells, and spoke to me as an equal. A lot of agents seem to play the game, try to intimidate you into a sale and treat you as if you have no knowledge of the market. Jed was the exact opposite. By talking with me, he understood my knowledge of current market trends and respected my opinion in relation to my expectations. Because of the way Jed treated me after just our first meeting; I was instantly inclined to buy from Jed. Unfortunately, the property that was on the market at the time just wasnt for me. When the right property did become available, Jed talked me through why he thought it was right for me and because he understood what I was looking for - he was correct! The property was perfect for me and I was so happy to be able to buy it through Jed. Jed's honesty was a driving force behind my desire to do business with him; along with his attention to detail and overall happy disposition. I would (and have) recommend Jed to anyone looking to buy or sell. You couldn't find a better agent!
