Just one point regarding the present Rental market. When we inspected this house we had just 3 days before it was deemed as available. However a tenant cannot give notice at a previous location without ensuring they have exit requirements (Cleaning, Pest Control if necessary etc etc) in place before giving notice of exit because those companies are not necessarily available. This then required us to pay two weeks rent in two locations. Normal tenants can't afford this and it is probably a bit rude to do it to them. Maybe this could be considered for tenants in the future. Other than that, which is just a systems issue, we have been very happy with how we have been treated.
