I first met Justin when looking to move and buy in Canberra many years ago. I was impressed with the way he showed me the property and how he did an honest job for the vendor. He was very personable, knowledgeable about the property and professional. I didn’t feel pushed, but nor did I feel like just another number through the door. I didn’t end up purchasing the property he was selling at that time, as it simply didn’t suit. However when selling a property years later, Justin was my first choice. I recalled the way I was made to feel as a potential buyer and wanted the people viewing my home - my potential buyers, to feel what I felt. I enjoyed a great selling experience and Justin achieved a result I was really happy with. Fast forward to this year and I again engaged Justin to sell my property based on my great experience previously. His approach to selling, individualised to the vendors situation, requirements and honesty (yes, honesty) is so refreshing. There is no hard sell as a potential vendor to engage Justin, he lets his manner, personality and results speak for themselves. Same too as a potential purchaser. Justin exhibits a professionalism that immediately warms him to clients. He is able to engage them, find out their needs to best serve them in a way that works for the vendor. Always prompt with communication after open homes, Justin’s years of refined skill and experience in the industry allows him to provide realistic, factual and frank advice. Whilst he absolutely will support a vendors decision on next steps, you just know his advice is sound and backed by solid knowledge of the Canberra market. I cannot recommend Justin highly enough.
