The entire processes was ridiculously painless and the plan to take it to market was logical, yet flexible. During our open home period before auction, we got multiple, comprehensive updates from them on what was going on. We never, ever had to chase them on anything. We ended up accepting a pre-auction offer that was far above anything we expected to get. I have no doubt that the reason for this is Justin's extensive experience and knowledge of the Canberra market, and the expertise he and Dimi had in making the house look the best, in knowing how to reach the people who would want to buy it. Their understanding in how to navigate a really silly, competitive market was crucial in us making an informed decision to accept a pre-auction offer. I cannot recommend them enough.
