We had been watching in our suburb for a while before we put our home up for sale. We attended a couple of Justin’s open homes and were very impressed by his extremely professional and courteous manner. They are an incredibly good Team to work with and they have an outstanding work ethic. We were both a little nervous but we listened to Justin and Dimi and accepted there advice about things like the method of sale, advertising and the price, three times they brought us offers that we thought was Very good but he advised to reject those offers. I am glad we did . They ended up achieving a price that was way over our our expectations . We could not be happier with the service and results achieved by Justin and Dimi They are truly amazing at what they do.

Justin was outstanding in managing the sale of our investment property. His many years of experience and his professional and intelligent style put him head and shoulders above the rest. Always helpful and easy to communicate with, he responded to all of our phone calls and emails and questions along the way and his guidance for preparing the property to go on the market was spot on. He is an expert and we followed his advice, including doing the furniture styling package - which looked absolutely amazing and made the house present just beautifully. We were truly impressed with his work and he delivered an outstanding result for the sale. He also offered reassurance and kindness in his manner, when we were unsure of the process. It was obvious from the outset that Kris had a solid, and realistic knowledge of the current property market with the relevant networks to support all his engagements with us. We were always very comfortable with Kris's advice and were impressed with his ability to "read the room" when dealing with potential buyers. Kris was absolutely a brilliant agent to buy our property through. When others in our team to buy the house failed Kris exceeded all expectations! It was our first house and he was able to help us negotiate with the prior owners in price, he was honest throughout the whole process! He chased up with solicitors, builders etc when needed and still is 2 months post settlement! Highly recommend Kris and as a for there brilliant consistency in selling houses
