Together with Jess and the marketing team, not only did Sam manage to negotiate a great price and settlement conditions with our buyers on the first open home, he was extremely responsive throughout the whole process and kept us updated (even if it was out of business hours!). We knew we wanted Team Smith from the beginning as Sam had always kept in contact with us prior to us making a decision to sell, personalising market information for us to allow us to make an informed decision for the future of our home. It wasn't over after the sale either, he communicated and updated us right through to settlement and beyond so we never felt like we were left alone after the formal exchange of contracts.
