I interviewed Justin as a possible agent to sell out house in Harrison in early August this year. He demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the current market and was honest with providing no nonsense advice on the pros and cons of pricing, condition and improvement, marketing and staging. We listed it with Marq in Aug. We worked with Justin to get the property ready for sale and the first inspection occurred in early Sept. Justin continually provided feedback and worked with interested buyers to the stage where we exchanged contracts just after the third week in Sept. The property settled in Oct, 30 days later. I firmly believe that Justin provided the best advice in regards to what we needed to do from spending money to make money, marketing at the right price to encourage interest and ensuring we ended up getting the best price in the current market.
