Selecting a real estate agent to work with for something as important as selling your most important asset is tough, but making the decision to use Denise was easy. She knows so much about the local market and how it is changing, she has great connections and nothing is too much trouble. Her strategy for selling our property was quite different than other agents and I think she did a great job of setting our expectations and those of prospective buyers. Aside from all of her technical expertise she was a joy to work with and she has made what can be a very stressful time in a difficult market a positive experience.
