Rose and her team were fantastic. Her knowledge of the industry and exceptional service to our whole family was second to none. She knew when to push and when not to push and was incredibly patient with everyone involved. Would have no hesitation in recommending her to any potential property sellers.
ROSE FARINA
We contacted Denise months before we listed with her and it quickly became apparent to us that she was the agent for us. Why? Because she never once hassled us to get our listing like so many others did. She left us alone to make the very important decision, letting her sales record and excellent reviews from past clients do the talking. We have had a great experience dealing with Denise. The considerable effort she made from day one, her personal caring, professional approach, post-sale aid and advice just cannot be faulted. We have never had a moment's regret asking Denise to help and guide us.

It was a pleasure dealing with Jeff and his able crew. He went out of his way to accommodate our timezone, and to also keep us abreast of all movements during the marketing and sale of our property. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jeff again.

Jeff has been very transparent and professional throughout the selling process and has fantastic negotiation & communication skills. As a true local in the lower north shore area, Jeff has very good knowledge of the property market in the area. I would highly recommend Jeff for potential buyers & sellers.

Rose and Denise were a pleasure to deal with and made sure all aspects of our sale went smoothly and constantly kept us fully informed at every stage of the campaign. They were available at all times even for the smallest query and made selling our house a positive experience. We thoroughly recommend them.

My wife, an academic in law had two hobbies which she pursued with alacrity. One was to do with clothing and accessories, the other was looking at houses for sale.On this voyage through life she met Rose Farina. My beautiful wife formed her own opinions as to who was good. As she was dying of cancer she wrote me a set of instructions as how to sell our large family home on a 1050m block in Northbridge. She was adament that Rose had to be the agent. AS usual she proved to be right. Rose, whom I'd never met before, proved to be Intelligent, reliable, creative, informative and totally trustworthy and professional. What more could you ask for? We would highly recommend Ray White Northbridge. Their attention to detail, care and attention was outstanding. Rose and the team understood our house and the buyers it would appeal to and managed those various groups brilliantly. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with the team who were always available and very responsive our requests. Ultimately, the proof is in the pudding, and the price they achieved for us in a difficult market was exactly what we needed.

We engaged Rose Farina to sell our late mother’s house, and we are very happy to say that we made a great decision. Rose assisted us at all stages of the process and provided expert and helpful advice from our first meeting through until settlement. In particular her advice on the presentation of the property, the timing of the auction and her support on auction day was most valuable. In a world where one is often disappointed when undertakings are not delivered we are happy to say that Rose delivered on all that she undertook to do, and more. At all times we were confident that our interests were paramount and that she was doing her best for us. We have no hesitation in recommending Rose to any person considering engaging an estate agent in this area
