Rose was the Vendor's agent. We purchased via a silent auction and were a bit nervous about the integrity of such process. However, as my partner did all the negotiating with Rose, at the end of the silent auction day, I walked into the agency and said "what exactly happened today?". Rose spun around on her desk, a typed table she had been maintaining from the start of the day of each bidder's name, bid amount and comments. I was able to cast my eye down the chronology of events and felt that the silent auction had been conducted fairly and with integrity. Since the purchase, Rose and her team have been prompt, polite and friendly in their follow up. Rose is one of the better agents around town and I can highly recommend her services.

I have recently been acting on behalf of my mother but with her for the sale of her home of 59 years as it was necessary for her to go into High Level Care, this in itself is a very upsetting process not only for my mother but also for me.
