I clearly remember my first encounter with Michael as he showed us through to our new home. He didn't force any excessive information regarding its interiors onto us, instead, allowed us to explore each room and waited patiently for any questions we might have. He had a good knowledge, not only of the constructs of this particular house, but gave good insight into current market trends in the local and regional housing areas as well. Having successfully secured my next home, it was now time to sell my current property and who better to assist with the sale than Michael! With the Covid-19 situation now well and truly upon us, I gave myself little chance of successfully selling at a reasonable price. Michael however was very upbeat and confident. His understanding of the local market and the unfolding situation meant that he was able to advise on the best approach to get a result with confidence. He was respectful, kept me informed every step of the way and provided regular feedback and guidance. He approached his work with integrity and determination. Despite my concerns in light of the effects the covid situation was seemingly having on the housing market, it was amazing to have secured a sale within 2 weeks in this current environment.
