More than anything, I've increasingly noticed how calm Michael was in the face of my ex-partner when he was stressed and urgent about the sales. Michael is a level-headed, no bs type of person. I’ve just sold my second investment property with Michael Divito. We chose Michael for our second sale due to our positive experience with our first. Throughout the whole process, from quote, listing, marketing period and sale, Michael was very professional. His communication is excellent with really good transparency. Communication was often and timely through the whole process, and included tips and contacts to help with the sale process. Selling a house requires a great relationship with your real estate agent to achieve the best result. With Michael we truly felt he was working with us to achieve the best outcome possible.
