Agent Who Listens and Understands The Customer's Needs

When we decided to sell one of our properties, we started exploring few agents in the area and contacted most of them to get an idea on "fair selling price" of the property. We had a selling price in our mind which could have been considered "high expectation" at the time of negation. When we expressed our expectation, many of the agents were not confident that they would be able to sell this property for our target price, one of the guy even laughed at me when I mentioned the target price. But, Stephanie was very confident from day one and came up with the reasons behind her expectation. She has done enough homework and research before our first meeting. This is why we appointed her in the first place. Once she started working on this transaction, she was always one step ahead of our expectation. Her knowledge and professional presentation gave us peace of mind on this project. She kept us updated on regular basis and she had also updated us about the whole market trend. She was also kind to the people on the other-side of the transactions and wanted to help them as much as possible. I am aware that she helped the other parties on couple of occasions which actually saved them some money. She was taking care of the people involved on both end of the transaction. She has this great "human factor" rather than just a typical real estate agent.
