We spoke to a few local agents before we made our decision to sell. We spoke to Brett and found him to very honest and clear in his intended selling price and marketing campaign. Their marketing team was great, and we were happy with how they portrayed our home in the campaign that was to be set for online selling. Brett was always so clear in his follow-up post open homes and buyers that had inspected our property. Whilst the selling campaign did take some 11-12 weeks to sell, we got the price that was shared during our initial meeting with Brett, and we were happy with the outcome. Now that we’ve sold, we are able to move on with the next stage of our life.
