I hate selling. And I hate to say it, but I have always hated dealing with Real Estate agents. But Daniel is different. We never had to chase him for answers and he always delivered on his word. He was the ONLY agent who didn't try to convince us that our property wasn't worth as much as we felt it was worth. Even though he had a number of other properties on the market at the same time, we had three times the amount of open homes in the first week than any other agent. The buys were able to see our property while it was still fresh on their minds. We sold in the first week after 7 great offers! Not to mention we sold at midnight after Daniel had long negotiations with the purchaser that day stating, "I am not going to let him sleep on this, I am going to get you the best price tonight!" ... And he did.

This is not our first home so we have spoken and met many many agents before. Corie has been an amazing agent for the purchase of our home. He is professional, polite, easy to talk to and honest. He didn't provide wrong price guide. He is genuine and he didn't waste our time at all. We were searching for a house for more than 4 months. Agents used to give us wrong price guide and we were not able to buy a house because they were sold for more than our limits by not few thousands but by $300K-$400K.
