Mike Tyson once said "Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face". I guess the Real Estate equivalent is "Every agent has a plan to sell your house quickly for a huge price until they have no buyers in a market that goes cold". Our house got punched in the face - By the 3rd week on the market the market went cold, we had no offers, little interest and 1-2 groups at open house. Corie took the punches - Corie was honest with us, stayed positive and adapted the campaign to suit the changing market conditions. In a cooling market Corie was able to get multiple groups interested, and in the finally 48hrs before we sold he negotiated the sale price up to a point that exceeded our expectations. Any agent can sell your house when it's easy, Corie sold our house for a great price in a tight and cooling market. That is experience and skill. I would sell with Corie every time.

After about one moth searching houses at the hot market,I'm so stressful to attend auctions. Each time I failed from the auctions, I felt very depressed, then I want to find an agent to help me avoid auciton. In the end of November 2021, I finally bought a dream house at Rousehill with a great help from Cores. He and his team are the only agent to listen to my requirements carefully and try to sovle all the issues in the first time while helped me negotiate with the owner. Not like other agents ignore my offer all the time, especilly on the hot market.
