Simply Amazed with his professionalism.
After deciding to sell our home the next major step was to find the right agent who you could trust. I can confidently say from experience that I found the BEST AGENT in the district. Corie Sciberras was not only professional but also had a personal touch which made the whole processes stress free even though we signed up the day before the COVID lockdowns. I was expecting a lot of pressure from Corie to get the house ready but on the contrary he guided us through giving advise on what we should and shouldn’t do to the house and also supplied a wealth knowledge and trades people to get the job done at the right price . Once we went to market Corie worked tirelessly promoting our property and had the house sold within two weeks for above and beyond what we ever expected to sell our home for. Genuine, responsive, relaxed and knowledgable
We viewed a fair few houses across 12 months in Pitt Town, of all the agents Brett was by far the most genuine and relaxed; almost non sales like. It was quite refreshing to not be pushed or challenged on our preferences and opinions of the homes we viewed. Through the process Brett was a responsive, genuine and informative. He recommended their preferred conveyancer who was also very accommodating and responsive through the process. A great middle man between the vendor and the buyer. Id highly recommend dealing with Brett, chalk and cheese vs other agents who almost argued with our feedback and opinions at times!
