We probably sold during the worst of Covid lockdowns, with no large scale inspections allowed, these guys had to organise many many private inspections. Daniel organised the pest and building inspection too - we didn’t have to make a single phone call! He undertook very frequent updates on changes within our area including sales in our street, giving us a very accurate picture of the value of our property. This assisted greatly in putting our property in the best possible light and simplified the process for potential buyers.
