Ruma has terrific negotiating skills
We used Ruma previously to sell our owner occupied house of 18 years for an excellent result so didn’t hesitate to engage her again to sell our investment property. Ruma has terrific negotiating skills and a sound knowledge of the area and prices. We felt absolutely no pressure in fact at the auction she advised us to pass the property in. Achieved Way Over Reserve
Julie provided exceptional communication of prospective buyers during the marketing campaign of my late mothers property. Julie put together a quality marketing program of a 70's brick property, that attracted multiple bidders for the auction. Reserve set for mid 900's and achieved million plus at the auction. Would highly recommend Julie for any sales in the North West area.

swift and professional transaction
When we bought our property and came in contact with Louis it was clear that the interest of his vendor was paramount. Having said that, Louis has the unique skill to accommodate not only the vendors needs but also the buyers.
