Right from the beginning, we had high expectations and a tall order! We were house-proud and wanted a price to match our expectation. At the same time, we asked Corie if there was any way we could achieve this 'without' going the whole nine yards with marketing. We did not want to go through open houses and prepping the house for a sale. With 3 kids and a cat and both of us working, we just did not have the energy to go through the sale process, yet we wanted a great sale! Yes, we knew that we had a tall order.
