I did my research and Corie lived up to every expectation.
Sciberras Group are the #1 agent in my suburb according to realestate.com.au and they lived up to that title. Sold the first unit of my duplex for 8% over the bank valuation and he's got a buyer lined up for the second unit faster than I can get a contract made up, offering 12% over the bank valuation. I've already recommended him to friends in the neighborhood.

Quick and efficient
Having worked with Corie to sell a previous property, it was a no brainer to go with him again. Corie was easy to deal with and being his own business, goes the extra mile to get the job done. Corie and the team were able to get the property listed within the week and sold after the first open home. We would use Corie again should the opportunity arise in the future!
