Byrony O'Neill ran a multiple bidder situation in a very ethical and upfront manner. She has good knowledge of the area and was able to provide advice on schools and facilities. We were very pleased and had a lot of fun selling our home of 24 years with Byrony. We interviewed four agents and choose Byrony because of her excellent communication skills, knowledge of the market and in particular her expertise in our suburb. We were able to put a marketing plan together with Byrony that included dates for photos, publication on the net and open home, which gave us milestones with dates to work towards. Why - because we were selling after 24 years and we needed to get organised and having a marketing plan kept us focused. The advice we received on what work to undertake on the home was also excellent and saved us time and money. Byrony also gave us good guidance on who to market our home to and this helped in the styling our property. We were contacted after each open home and when prospective buyers were shown the property - wonderful feed back was very important once the property is on the market. We had offers on the table in the first week and the property was sold within three weeks of going on the market. Very satisfied clients.
